For the Resort collection, Philip Lim decided to head to the beach and incorporate sun-washed florals, shiny lamés, and antique lace into a clean, but relaxed styled collection. Smart-suits, with double-breasted jackets and rolled-hem shorts were the fashionable business attire, where as the trench coat came in every form from structured, to loose, sheer and breezy with polka-dots. Sheer blouses and and fluttery chiffon evening dresses incorporated what seemed to be a lingerie-influenced style with built in bra tops and peek-a-bo bralettes.
